It's a little after nine and I am utterly bored. I'm busy watching House and I think I've been on facebook about ten times already. Jon is busy playing video games with the kiddos. I would but then I would look like an idiot. I'm pretty sure Cam is better at games than I am. Little M is passed out of course. I kinda want to join him but I'm gonna try my damnedest to stay up this year.
Facebook has little to offer in the way of entertainment for me right now. I do enjoy seeing everyone statuses about New Year. I wonder if people will start posting their resolutions and such. I myself haven't put a status about New Year nor have I put one shouting out my resolutions. Does this mean I'm not in the spirit of things or am I just one of those who just doesn't care? Yeah, I like to think I'm the latter. Not to mention I'm sure I'll get to say "Happy New Year!!" to everyone who is worth a darn when they call me at midnight (yet another reason to try and stay awake). Since those same people are more than likely to read this thing I could say it on here too.

New Year's Eve
Well, it was near 60 this morning and thunder storming. We also had a tornado warning. Tonight I think it's supposed to be near freezing. Good Lord, I love living in Oklahoma.
I really don't have anything going on tonight except hanging out with my kids and waiting for midnight. I wonder who of us will make it the longest. I don't think anyone lasted last year. I think an afternoon nap may be in order.
Yeah, yeah I could be reflecting on this past year in this post but, um, that's lame. Besides, most of what I did was so uneventful or not exciting that I've literally forgotten half of the year. I am so boring!! Of course I do have a few events that stand out and those involve the best of friends (Renae's baby shower) and some awesome music (the Pumpkins concert). Really that's about it. Now I know why I don't "reflect".
For anyone oustanding enough to do some partying...BE SAFE!! For those who are awesome homebodies like me...I hope you don't fall asleep before the ball drops.

Kids are...
I am almost certain that Little M is insane. No, really, he's nuts. Let me explain...
At 4:50 a.m. yesterday...
(random humming)
Me to Little M - What are you doing?
Little M - Singing (probably looking at me like "duh")
Me - Um, no, you need to go to sleep.
Little M - Can I have some juice then?
Me - Okay. (hands him juice) Good night.
Twenty minutes later my alarm goes off and Little M is in there talking to himself. He never went to sleep!! What a turd!! After I got dressed and made coffee he decided he wanted to get up and watch t.v. Since he had been awake for a while already I let him get up. He nearly fell asleep watching t.v. on the couch.
Today at around 4:45 a.m.
(crying)
Me - What's wrong?
Little M - My pallet is messed up (keep in mind he's in his bed already)
Me - Do you want me to fix it?
Little M - Yeah, can I have some juice?
I ended up fixing him a pallet in his bad and getting him some juice. He stayed asleep this time. All the while both of these are going on, Cam is busy talking in his sleep about traveling to the moon or some jazz like that. I love my kids...they are just as crazy as me!!
