At least today there's more on t.v. to watch. Little M had been able to watch Dora and SpongeBob. I've been able to watch Destination truth. What a mix, right? Jon ventured out and got a shovel and more milk and eggs. Thank goodness for Braum's, Wal-Mart was all out of EVERYTHING!! With the shovel Jon got, he's trying to make a path to our van. I think he's going to try and dig himself out of here so he can go to work tomorrow. He has to work all weekend to make up for the snow days (unfortunately). At least he's making some money. Dang!! I'm not looking forward to watching three boys all weekend by myself until Jon gets back. I'm also not looking forward to seeing what's actually on the shelves when we decide to get out and go grocery shopping.
Hm, I'm thinking of things to do on a cold, cold day. I don't think that the boys would like to go outside anymore. The appeal is gone I believe. They're getting stir crazy for sure. Everyone wants to run around the house like a chicken with its head cut off. I have seen so many fights it's not even funny. Over stupid things no less. Toys will soon be forbidden in my home. They cause WAY too many problems.
I get plan my first stay-at-home menu. There things that I get to try to cook since I'll be home all day. Potato soup from scratch (in the crock pot too). I might even bake a loaf of soda bread!! It's been a long time since I've done something like that. Hm, maybe I'll actually get some yeast and make a mini loaf. So many ideas!!
